Today's Devottional

I'm using a devotional book by Joni Eareckson Tada. Today there was a poem in it by a missionary. I thought it was so beautiful. Of course I've always loved poetry. It was about a rose. It's only a tiny rosebud-- a flower of God's design But I can't unfold the petals with these clumsy hands of mine The secret of unfolding flowers is not known to such as I If I canot unfold a rosebud this flower of God's design Then how can I think I have wisdom to unfold this life of mine So I'll trust in Him for His leading each moment of every day And I'll look to Him for His guidance each step of the pilgrim way For the pathway that lies before me my Heavenly Father knows I'll trust Him to unfold the moments just as He unfolds the rose We have lots of things that happen to us in this life but God is always there. We can always look for Him for His guidance and that's what we should do. Every flower that God has made is beautiful. So don't you think that every person His has made can be beautiful too if they let God lead their life and I have known a lot of beautiful people that has let God lead their life.
